（觀傳媒中彰投新聞）【記者廖妙茜/台中報導】2026年春節將至，為防範歲末趕工可能引發的職業災害，台中市政府勞工局宣布自即日起至3月3日止，啟動「建築工地墜落打擊專案檢查」，特別鎖定曾發生職業災害之營造工地，以及大型廠房興建與重大工程案件等300多個工地，針對高處作業易發生墜落危害場所，加強勞動檢查與現場安全把關，並呼籲營造事業單位，趕工之際務必落實安全與衛生管理，確保勞工平安過好年。
勞工局於20日進行擴大專案聯合檢查，共檢查8家工地，開立停工通知5件，罰鍰處分7件次、共裁罰100萬元；主要違反事項包括原事業單位未善盡承攬管理責任、施工構台未依結構力學妥為設計、開口防護措施不足、施工架未設置上下設備、護欄及鋼筋散放於施工架等。除協助輔導業者辦理改善外，並要求工地持續強化墜落預防措施及落實安全施工作業標準。
勞工局林淑媛局長指出，依近年職災統計分析，發現營造業職業災害仍以高處墜落事故占比最高，多起因於施工架、樓梯、電梯、屋頂、開口部分等高處作業未設置安全護欄、安全網或未確實使用安全帶安全帽而發生，且易造成永久性失能傷害，甚至嚴重致死之遺憾，因此墜落防範工作，被視為營造作業中最關鍵、也最容易被忽略的風險環節。
勞工局再次表示：「安全是回家唯一的路，也是給家人最好的禮物。」，唯有將職業安全視為工程品質不可或缺的一環，才能在確保施工進度的同時，守護每一位勞工的生命與健康。
市府亦提前提醒各營造工地，春節連假後復工前，務必進行全面的安全盤點與教育宣導，確認安全帽、安全帶等個人防護具齊備，並於開工首日加強安全提醒，協助勞工收心回到穩定、安全的作業狀態。
市長盧秀燕指出，中市的城市建設與經濟發展，仰賴每一位勞工的付出與努力，市府將持續以最嚴謹的態度守護勞工安全，期許市民及所有的勞工朋友，都能平安回家、歡喜迎新春。
